Cookie Policy
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and collect information about how you interact with the site. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session tokens, work in a comparable way.
The cookies we use
TrustRefer uses only essential and security cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
These cookies are necessary for the platform to function. They enable core features such as user authentication and session management. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using the Service.
Cookie: authjs.session-token — keeps you securely logged in. Set by TrustRefer, HTTP-only, expires at end of session or on sign-out.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our sign-in and registration pages to protect against automated abuse. Turnstile may set cookies or use browser storage to verify that you are a human visitor. No personal data collected by Turnstile is used for advertising.
Governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Third-party cookies
The only third-party service that may set cookies on TrustRefer pages is Cloudflare Turnstile (bot detection on sign-in and registration). If you proceed to Stripe's hosted checkout, Stripe may set cookies on their own domain — these are not set by TrustRefer and are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or social media cookies.
How to manage cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- see what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- block third-party cookies
- block cookies from specific websites
- block all cookies
- delete all cookies when you close your browser
Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of TrustRefer, including the ability to stay logged in.

We may update this Cookie Policy as we change the technologies we use. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.
